Bright Skies Nursery is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This privacy notice describes how the Nursery collects and uses personal information about Employees of the Nursery, Children attending the Nursery and the Parents of the Children, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Copies of our policies and procedures documents can be requested from the Nursery Manager or Owner. Parents can request a copy of any policy or procedure relating to any aspect of their child's care and their family's relationship with the nursery. Our Safeguarding Children / Child Protection Policy is available to download below.

If a parent or parents want to make a complaint about any aspect of their child's care or how the nursery operates, they should first speak to the Nursery Manager or Owner. If they then wish to make a formal complaint, could they please follow our Complaints and Compliments Policy, which is available for download below.
